Who is responsible for your data

[Full name or business name], [address], [contact email]. I am an independent Chogan partner; this site is mine and I handle the data it collects.

What I collect and why

When you fill in the "Work with me" form, I receive your first name, last name and phone number, and your Instagram profile and message if you add them. I use them only to get in touch with you and talk about working together.

The legal basis is your request that I contact you before we decide whether to work together (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Orders from the shop

When you order, I receive your name, phone number and email, for delivery the courier office or the address, the postcode and the town, and your note if you add one. I use them to confirm the order, send it and issue the documents the law requires. The courier receives what it needs to deliver.

The legal basis is the purchase contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and my legal accounting obligations (point (c)). I keep order details for as long as accounting law requires: [period].

How long I keep it

If we do not start working together, I delete your details within [period] of our last conversation. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Who else sees it

Nobody receives it for advertising and I do not sell it. Orders are saved in a spreadsheet in my Google account (Google Sheets) and arrive in my Gmail, so Google stores them. Requests from the "Work with me" form are stored with [the service they arrive in], only so that they reach me.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, to object, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to me at [email].

If you believe I am infringing your rights, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
